Maria Tarantino was born in Italy in 1972. After studying Philosophy, she moved to Brussels where she turned first to journalism and then to film. Her first two documentaries, “Inside Out” and “Kubita”, take a look at the world of prison. In 2009, she set up her production company Wildundomesticated in Brussels, with which she began an adventure lasting 5 years to produce the film “Our City”.
